FAQs
We provide mobile service to all of Lafayette, from Indian Peaks to Old Town to Coal Creek and everything in between. If you’re unsure whether you’re in our service area, give us a call. You’re also always welcome to stop in to our Broomfield location for in-shop service.
We are a family-run business and operate accordingly. Your call will be answered by someone who lives and works in the Front Range. We provide honest, transparent quotes, never using the bait and switch tactics that other shops employ, and genuinely care about providing the best service possible.
Yes, depending on the job. We can do straightforward replacements on-the-go. If the weather isn’t ideal or your vehicle requires more exact calibration or install conditions, we’ll suggest you come into the shop for the replacement.
For repairs, it depends on the size and location of the chip. Typically, chip repairs are much more affordable than full replacement, and if we try to repair and it doesn’t work, we’ll put the cost of the repair towards a new windshield. The cost of replacement depends on the make and model, whether OEM glass is necessary, and calibration needs.
Yes. We warranty workmanship and materials, including stress cracks and leaks. We can’t cover road debris, but if something’s wrong due to installation, we’ll fix it. Most problems show up in the first 30 days, and if they do, we’ll make it right.
It depends on your policy. We’ll help you understand your insurance coverage and deductible, then work directly with your insurance company to secure coverage for the glass and service you need.
